Mr. Freed, GreenWave's President, has been working in the securities and futures industries for over 20 years.  He started GreenWave in 2009, to offer a wide array of futures and commodity products and services to individuals, entities and institutional investors.


Mr. Freed holds the following FINRA licenses: Commodities Futures Representative (Series 3); General Securities Representative (Series 7); General Securities Principal (Series 24); Limited Representative-Equity Trader (Series 55); Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63); Uniform Investment Advisor (Series 65). 

Ronald L. Carbone - Principal

Mr. Carbone, the Branch Manager of GreenWave's Freehold, NJ location,   has extensive experience working with investors and active traders  in stocks and futures.  


Mr. Carbone holds FINRA licenses: Commodities Futures Representative (Series 3) and NFA Branch Manager (Series 4).
